It's not boasting, we truly do have the best violin instructors in the city. Hard work and dedication to their instruments is what brought our teachers to the top and put them in such high demand. Come learn from fun, extraordinarily talented teachers. Though there are tonal differences between a viola and violin, our string teachers are also 100% proficient in reading viola clef and playing the viola.

For the true percussionist, sometimes you need to replace heads, springs, nuts and along with that, a proper tuning. We offer it all. We offer repairs for all instruments. There are a vast number of issues an instrument can have depending on each individuals handling of the instrument, how regularly an instrument was cleaned, and quality.

If you're in search of the cheapest rental or purchase price because you're not sure your child will "stick with it", then you are absolutely preparing your child for failure. We could sell or rent a lot more of the cheap no-name brand instruments too, but we have morals. Cheap instruments make it that much harder to learn, breathe properly and they are notorious for having numerous issues from the beginning.

It would be best for advancement. Having no instrument at home to practice with, progress will be extremely slow and nearly impossible. There are instruments all over online or nearby shops where you can spend under $60 for a new no name instrument. We do not sell economy instruments due to poor quality and to maintain our great reputation as a music shop you can depend on.
