The staff bent over backwards for my every need. On top of that, the staff is extraordinarily friendly. Great customer service overall. Great apartments. Plenty of parking. Do not have one bad thing to say about this place.

Just moved out after 2 great years at Trailside Flats. It has given us a high standard for comparing other apartments. The community was wonderful. The cemetery across the street offers great walking paths. And the facilities were well maintained. Thank you, Trailside Flats!

Me and my husband are so pleased and happy with our experience with Trailside Flats. The property manager Dawn is awesome. Everything is our apartment is so clean and fresh . Application process was easy and quick. I recommend these apartments for anyone.

Such a beautiful property!!! The entire team at Trailside is always so nice and eager to help. Specifically, the property manager, Dawn, is absolutely AWESOME! She goes above and beyond for her residents, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home! Overall, great amenities, awesome staff, beautiful apartments and a great place to live. Highly recommend this property!

We stayed in the new phase II apartments for one year in the 1 bed 1 bath floor plan. The apartment was very nice, clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 2 people. We had very little problems with anything inside the apartment, and if there was ever an issues, maintenance was always quickly on top of it, even after hours. Dawn, the property manager, was always very communicative and understanding. They even let us dog sit family pets for short time periods without have to pay the pet fee, which we greatly appreciated. This was the best place we stayed during our time at Purdue, and the complex stayed

We've been living at trailside flats for 2 years and love it. Great management and maintenance team. We love using the pool, gym, and media room. The grill and hammock area is also great to use! Newly remodeled apartments and for a great price.

Love living at the Trailside Flats phase 2! It is close enough to Purdue's campus for a short drive, but still far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the area. I live on the 2nd floor and never have any issues hearing noise above or next to me. I love the spacious living area of the 2 bedroom and the master bathroom in my unit- the closet is HUGE! I would recommend this apartment to anyone in the area that is looking, this was my first time living in Indiana and they have made me feel at home. The pool is perfect in the summer too.
