Dina Kessler grew up in New Jersey, where she attended and graduated Widener University with a Bachelor of Science Degree. When she moved to Florida in 1993, she managed restaurants becoming a General Manager for Bennigans at 23. It was during this time that she realized her love for helping people progress in their careers and growing a business with a focus on excellent customer service.
