White Dragon Martial Arts is one of the oldest and largest traditional martial arts and self-defense schools in San Diego and Southern California. For more than three decades, we've been helping people of all ages improve their lives through our unique combination of Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and MMA.
