Two River Deli is the story of a husband/wife team with a mission to serve fresh, quality food to the people of the Grayling area. Owners/operators Tim and Christi Ash fell in love with the area after vacationing here for years and have been residents since 2015. Tim has a long-time passion for food and cooking and Christi has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry.
Previously as a wine delivery man, Tim took inspiration from the various privately owned delis where he delivered wine. They decided to open Two River Deli in 2019, named after the Au Sable and Manistee Rivers and their flowing journey as a husband & wife duo. Two River Deli is an exclusive partner of Boar's Head premium deli products - the delicatessen brand you can trust since 1905.
