I called them to ask if they could have a look at my heater. A guy answered who seemed knowledgeable and at first polite. He told me that a new heater would cost between $4-5K and it would take 6-8 weeks before they could even come by to look our heater. I told him that $4-5K sounded a bit high as I've heard they cost more like $3K. He then responded "OK sir - good luck" and then hung up on me! Wow - not very nice!

Matt understands customer service, you can tell this from the quality of his work, and how quickly he responds to phone calls. He responded to a heater issue I had over the weekend, I could tell he was with his family at the time, but made sure to resolve the issue. He is the only person I would call for my pool needs.

M&G is the real deal - they are a trustworthy pool company that does quality work. In fact, before we even paid them to start maintaining our pool they talked my wife through an issue over the phone with our heater that saved us hundreds of dollars!! You will pay a little extra but as to saying goes - you truly get what you pay for - will continue to use them for our pool maintenance needs!
