Dr. Lain is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic. She received training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association in the practice of pediatric chiropractic and specializes in working with pregnant women and children. Dr. Lain also treats patients of all ages.

She is certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment to establish balance in the pregnant woman's pelvis and reduce undue stress to her uterus and supporting ligaments.

Chiropractic is a conservative and natural form of health care that concentrates on maximizing the function of the whole body without the use of drugs or surgery. It works to get to the cause of a health problem, rather than just treat the symptoms.

Chiropractic focuses especially on the fact that the structure of the body, particularly the spine, has a powerful effect on the underlying nervous system and therefore on virtually every aspect of health.Our own Dr. Lain uses the Thompson Technique to produce very precise adjustments for many spine and posture problems as well as the Logan Basic Technique, which is a light touch technique that works to "level the foundation" or sacrum.

At the Benevida Health & Wellness Center, we do not have a menu of services, but rather we tailor our sessions to our client's needs. In other words, we combine massage therapy modalities (deep tissue, relaxation, orthopedic, etc) based on your needs and requests. What it does: Deep tissue massage is designed to target each layer of tissue separately for ultimate muscle tension relief.

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive test that uses organ reflex points on the surface of the body. These reflexes are the nervous systems way of indicating how your organs and systems of the body are functioning. If there is a stressor or malfunction of an organ, the nervous system reflex will respond differently.

Benevida Health and Wellness Center accepts most insurance plans for chiropractic care. Our staff is available to assist you in determining allowable benefits. We welcome patients who do not have health insurance and do our best to keep our fees as reasonable as possible so that everyone has access to our services.
