Announcement: With profound regrets, we announce the passing of Henry D. Froneberger, founding partner of Froneberger and Leviloff and its former incarnation "Burroughs and Froneberger." Henry was well-respected in the Marin County legal community, where he practiced for many years. He joined John D. Burroughs in Point Reyes Station in 1990 after practicing in San Francisco for seventeen years.

Henry was very active in the community and devoted many hours over the years to volunteer work for various non-profit groups, provided pro bono legal assistance through Legal Aid, was a youth soccer coach, a baseball coach and commissioner of Little League Baseball in Fairfax, and served as a mentor for "at risk" youth.

The firm was established in 1990 and from its inception has specialized in probate and trust litigation with the goal of giving each client the in depth attention and services they deserve. Estate planning and the administration of trusts and probate estates are a large part of our business. The firm's other areas of practice are in real property and business, both transactions and litigation.
Darin A. Leviloff

Darin Leviloff received his J.D. degree from University of California, Hastings School of Law in 1994. After serving three years as a deputy district attorney in Humboldt County, California, he transitioned into litigation, where he has practiced in the Bay Area in diverse areas, including but not limited to, general insurance defense, personal injury defense, construction defect law, professional liability, and product liability.

Kristi L. Edwards, CCLS has worked for the firm since 1992, in the roles of legal secretary, paralegal, bookkeeper, and general office manager. A member of the Marin County Legal Professionals Association since 1994, Kristi has held several positions on their board of directors. She also served LSI as the Legal Specialization Section Probate/Estate Planning Section Leader.
