She currently works with clients in weight loss and nutrition, as well as handles the marketing and public relations for the practice. Mitze received her CCPA license in 2012 through Cleveland Chiropractic Clinic (Certified Chiropractic Physicians Assistant) after passing the state board. She also studied Functional Medicine under Dr. Dan Kalish at the Kalish Institute for Functional Medicine.
