I guide you through the process of changing your injury-causing movements into joint-sparing, quality movement patterns. Check, check and check!.

I teach you the difference between good pain and bad pain so you know when to back off and when to push so you heal faster. Less flare ups and lost days. I also guide you through a unique process so you can identify which of your behaviors are getting in the way of your healing. I help you do the right thing, at the right time, for the right length of time.

I realize it's hard to know who to trust when you're in pain and feeling less than your best. Being injured disrupts your life on many levels - your physical and emotional capacity is diminished while your neediness is greatest.

I have several locations throughout the roaring fork valley. Glenwood Springs (up CO Rd 114, the CMC road), and three clubs: Anytime Fitness, TAC and The Roaring Fork Club in Basalt. I may also be able to meet and train with you at your gym. Most of the time the longer the duration since the injury, the more compensations the body has made. in the form of tightness, weakness and altered movements.
