Also gym is open 24 hrs to members and they're starting to make some self-led classes for those that come after hours!If you haven't tried a class, you really need to come in and at least try it, you'll be hooked!

Owner & Head Boxing Coach of Beast Boxing. Shannon and Glenn have a great love for the Sweet Science and it has always been their favorite sport. They opened a boxing gym in Myrtle Beach to support their daughter's boxing career, bring awareness, fitness, and opportunity to the local community.
Their hope is to offer all the positive benefits of boxing, fitness, self-confidence, self-defense, and a family atmosphere to everyone that walks through their doors.Currently Beast Boxing provides a number of programs - supporting members of all levels of experience and ages. Classes

Total body workout. Targets core strength, conditioning, toning, and weight loss while boosting self confidence and self defense. We teach the sweet science of boxing fundamentals and skills using bag work, mitt work, ring work, and circuit style training. Class is always different, fresh, and challenging.
Personal Training

Work directly with our coaches in a one-on-one environment to reach your goals. Our coaches will work with you to develop a comprehensive program and help you drive results. Both of our personal training programs are open to amateurs and professionals. One-on-one boxing training with our USA Boxing Certified coaches.
