This report has been a long time in coming, but it is worth sharing since the work conducted on my house in Reno has required two additional repairs after Mike Sammler re-roofed my house. Let me explain. My HOA in Reno, NV dictated what roofing material was acceptable in a re-roofing project. So, I set out to do my homework on selecting a material for the new roof as well as selecting a roofing company. That task led me to a roofing supply firm in north Reno. Upon gathering information at the supply firm, they mentioned that Mike Sammler was who they would recommend that I investigate to do the

This is the second house Sammler Roofing has reroofed for us. In fact, Sammler has done my mom and dads house and my in-laws residence as well. With four houses to his name, I guess that makes us Sammler groupies. But for good reason. Michael and his team do a great job at a fair price. Our latest adventure with Sammler involved removing our homes original, worn-out 30-year old roof. He also added two 2x4 Velux skylights. The Sammler team was expedient and very professional. Stripping the old roof was fast, and the crew took painstaking care to remove the deck furniture, yard art

Michael and his team were great. It all started with a timely and thorough estimating process. Michael came out and personally inspected the roof and asked me about all of my concerns. He was upfront about the potential variable cost associated with repairing the decking. He could not accurately estimate that cost before the demo work was done, but he provided a ball park. The actual cost came in at the bottom of the ballpark estimate he gave. We had gotten a couple other estimates. All of them were very similar in price, but Michael's thorough inspection and transparency regarding the variable

Mike Sammler is a true professional. He treats his business and his customers with care and concern. We had our roof replaced in the fall and Mike, after checking the changeable weather at that time of year, told us when he would be there and when the job would be complete...and it was! The result was perfect. We would recommend Sammler to anyone who needs a job done quickly and expertly.

Our home insurance company required a re-roof of our property. Mike was prompt and thorough and was more than willing to provide additional documentation that the insurance company required. Our niece who lives on the property was impressed by his company's cleanliness and professionalism. We would recommend Mike and would not hesitate to use him again on other properties.
