So far so good. Gets me home for weekends with my kids. There is occasionally sat get back days once in a bluemoon.. money is great. I like it here so far.

Just wondering if SFI has their own training academy? I hear good things about them and I have interest in working for a service like this. I have my cdl training paid for if I chose certain schools in the area. However, one doesnt appeal to me and the other is 8-5 / 5 days a week for over 7 weeks. I cant even start until February 21st at the earliest! I have been told that since I want to work for a local company I may be able to train on the job? I have spoken with several friends and family in and around Hancock, Hamblin, Hawkins n Claiborne Counties and they all speak highly of this company

Great place to work I have found my home in the trucking industry. Great miles no waiting on loads or back haul .Dispatch is always there to help with any issues a awesome dinner for breakfast and lunch at no cost just a wonderful bunch of people to work with I recommend this company. equipment is top notch the owner is there on site every day and will talk like you are family Great place to work.

I just started with Southern Freight one week ago as a driver. I love it already. The staff is top notch. Pat Taylor interviewed me. I wouldn't be there if not for him. He will tell you the way it is. Liz and Don nursed me through the first week. They are classy and patient. I blew up their phones with questions. I cannot forget Ian and Brandy. They have the same level of character and professionalism. This is a great company to work for. You definitely are not a number but a name.

I've worked here almost 5 years all the people on here that says you can't get any miles must spend most of there time in a truck stop cause I've never got below 2600 miles that's minimum great place to work miles are here if you want them.
