Our Mezzo fireplace was installed by the dealer our builder used and we were never happy with the flame. You could barely see it. We had the service tech from Lakeside come out. He found the glass media had been improperly placed over the burners as well as the logs being incorrectly placed. We are now very happy with our fireplace and the flame.

We're so happy with the end result of our custom fireplace! But even more importantly is that the staff, from sales to installers, are professional, curteous, caring and excellent at what they do. I can't say these things about every contractor we hired for our remodel project, but Lakeside Fireplace receives an A+. Highly recommend!!

Frank found us the perfect gas fireplace for the space we wish to heat. He had a unit just like it on display in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable about the features of our unit as well as the installation work necessary to complet the job. He scheduled the installation upon receiving 50% down payment. He said it will only take 1 day.

We were very, very impressed with the overall experience, from first inquiry call, to their first visit, quote, up to today when our new gas insert was installed. I know that we do not have an easy set up here, but the installation crew did an outstanding job of tackling the situation, and they still finished it all on time. Everyone at the company went out of their way to make sure that we enjoy all aspects of this purchase experience. I had 5 companies in here for quotes, and none came close to Lakeside's overall proposal. I have already recommended Lakeside to friends, and I will continue to

This is a completely new fireplace retail business that is in the old Hearthside Building. The showroom is under construction and will be brand new. I went in for a set of new gas logs. Frank, the store manager worked with me. He showed me sets of logs based on my fireplace size. The prices are great. They ordered, set up installation and arrived on time. What a pleasure!! I will be coming back for a new grill purchase next week.
