Worst online Hockey store EVER. Avoid GreatSkate and Keith at all costs. Their database shows tons of sticks that aren't in inventory (and haven't been for weeks). Like other reviews, I ordered a large stick, but they shipped me a smaller sized sticks (Flex). When I tried to show Keith that their website was incorrectly showing 40 flex sticks even thought it was filtered for 85+ flex. He said was not GreatSkate's issue, but my user error that I didn't order the correct flex stick. Totally rude. I had to pay extra to ship it back. And extra to ship the correct stick.

5 days ago walked in the store 20 minutes before closing and bought 500 dollars worth of gear including a 300 dollar stick. After using the stick twice it broke and when I brought to the store they claimed they could do nothing about it and Id have to go through Bauer. When I went to the Bauer website the first thing it asked me was if I was a retailer. Youd think after buying something at such a high price the store would have the curtesy to replace my stick and return the broken one through Bauer themselves. The staff was very helpful and didn't push me toward higher priced gear that c wasn't needed for the leagues in playing in. Tent sale going on now till Sunday. No actual Tent, but good deals.

My son and I went to the other place down the street to buy a new helmet to replace the one they sold us at the beginning of the hockey season. After 15 minutes of employees avoiding looking in our direction, we decided to head here .We were greeted when we walked through the door. I showed them the old helmet and explained what we needed. After the owner asking a couple questions, we were ushered right over and explained the differences with every helmet on the shelf and given his recommendation. He made my 7 year old feel comfortable, made sure it fit properly and will be big enough to grow into
