Tried calling for several days with no response. After speaking with the guy who works in the office he rushed me through the questions I had and made me feel as if I was annoying him. Very unfriendly bad experience. My family and friends will be looking elsewhere to rent.

I have been a tenant of watermolen apartments at the Danz Avenue location for about 2 years. Couldn't be happier with the experience as the management staff was amazing as they were able to respond to questions anytime. The landlord Nicole was amazing and great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Management here is awesome. Few things I didn't like but overall I was very pleased. Maintenance is on top of everything! And so nice. You put in a request and they are there!

I lived at the Hometown location for 2 years the property and the property management and staff were all excellent. Maintenance requests were handled incredibly quickly and the staff were always friendly and easy to get ahold of.

I've been renting from Watermolen for over almost 3 years now and I am still blown away by the way they manage their apartments. The apartment I have in of itself is an amazing deal and in great shape. They are friendly, always there to answer any questions I may have, and paying rent is an absolute breeze with their online portal. They really keep on maintenance with the place and are quick to fix any issues that may arise. Whenever I have a maintenance request they get it done either the same day or within a couple of days. For as long as I live in Green Bay I really don't want to rent from anyone

Management is great! If service is needed, they're very attentive and will repair/replace anything that is wrong. Have been here for 2 almost 3 years and just a general positive experience.
