Hi! I'm Laura, the person behind the camera. My love of photography began in high school, when I took film photography and developing classes. I put my camera down during college, and bought my first DSLR when my husband and I found out that we were moving to Germany in 2012. I quickly rediscovered my passion for photography and started Laura Karoline Photography in late 2012.

My goal during maternity sessions is to not only capture the beauty of growing a life, but also the anticipation before meeting your new baby. I love to witness the loving gaze and wonder of a mom as she cradles her belly and feels her baby kicking inside of her. Maternity sessions can be just of mom, or your partner and/or other children can join in!
