Questions

What roofing warranties do you offer?

We provide a lifetime craftsmanship warranty on installations, transferable to new property owners. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials from CertainTeed and Owens Corning.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential replacements complete in 1-2 days. Commercial projects or complex roofs may take longer, depending on size and weather conditions.

Do you handle insurance claims for roof damage?

Yes, we assist with documenting storm damage and working directly with insurance companies to streamline the claims process for homeowners and businesses.

Are financing options available?

Currently, we don't offer in-house financing but can recommend third-party financing partners for qualified customers needing payment plans.

Can you repair rather than replace my roof?

We assess each roof's condition to determine the best solution. Repairs are recommended when less than 30% of the roof has damage or structural issues.

First let me say that Marlon is the best! He has always responded to my questions and requests; even after the job was done.
MCS did a great job replacing the roof to my home.
Was so satisfied that I had them also replace the roof to my rental house and recommended MSC to my brother. The price and the quality are excellent and I highly recommend them.

A major rain and wind storm resulted in my aging relatives roof needing urgent replacement. My husband has worked with MCS in the past so reached out to them and received a bid with 24 hours and a crew ripping off the roof within the week. The job was well done, the crew was hard working, on time and did an excellent job of cleaning out the gutters and ground of any debris. The peace of mind was priceless! Thank you

I had a branch hit my roof which caused a small leak. Luckily we noticed it before winter. In this area it's next to impossible to get a reliable contractor in a reasonable time. I called MCS at 830 am and explained my situation, he was out at my house before noon. He went up, cleaned my roof of branches, found the hole, and then gave me a fair quote to patch it. He did the work and now the leak is gone. He was very transparent about his work, and sent pictures throughout the process. On top of that, he cleaned the area of all work debris when he was done. I'd highly recommend MCS, and would use

After calling several roofers and having them provide me quotes, Marlin with MCS Roofing and Construction hands down provided the best value. He and his crew did a fantastic job and kept me informed on progress through the whole process. MCS replaced the entire box gutter system, replaced my rotted out facia boards. I would highly recommend Marlin and MCS Roofing and Construction. Glad there are still some honest people out there! Two photos of before and after.
