Restore Outreach Center (ROC) is an outpatient behavioral rehabilitation program for adults with mental illnesses and children/adolescents with behavioral and emotional disorders. The Mission of Restore Outreach Center is to provide family outpatient behavioral health services to include, but not limited to (1) Clinical Assessments; (2) Medication Management; (3) Individualized Treatment Planning; (4) Life Skills Development; (5) Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services; and (6) Community Psychiatric Support Treatment.

To be a premier behavioral health service provider in Louisiana and to bring hope and healing to families. Our 2019-22 Strategic Plan represents the culmination of planning.

Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST) uses goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions to achieve identified goals as set forth in the client's individualized treatment plan. Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services assist the client with eliminating functional deficits, interpersonal and/or environmental barriers associated with their mental illness.
