About
Report
Since 2005 Red Cedar Coffee Co has travelled the globe to meet with producers around the world. By starting off with sourcing the best specialty grade Arabica coffee we work to showcase when roasting the best that each coffee has to offer. We realize that great coffee doesn't just happen by chance and the producers are an essential part in our coffee.

Wholesale
Report
We source only 100% specialty coffees. We roast our coffee in small batches by hand after the order has been placed. Since 2008, Red Cedar Coffee Co. has been a Fair Trade Certified licensed roaster partner. We only use Swiss Water Processed Decafs - the only chemical-free way to decaffeinate coffee.
Coffee 101
Report
The longer a coffee is roasted the less caffeine it will have, so generally medium roast will have more caffeine. Oxygen is coffee's worst enemy, and coffee does not age like wine. Ideally you will want to purchase only enough coffee to last 1-2 weeks. Coffee should be stored in a cool, dry place within an airtight container.
Events
Report
At Red Cedar Coffee Co., the only thing we like better than coffee is other people who like coffee! We enjoy participating in numerous events that give us the opportunity to connect with our fellow aficionados. Please check back often for updates on upcoming events, both at our Roastery's Retail Shop and at various venues out in the public space.
