Honestly, super frustrated with this pediatrician office. Dr graham is a great physician but the staff is terrible, unfriendly and definitely not accommodating. I called Monday 1/3/21 to verify the time of their appointment, and try to see if anything was available in the later afternoon, they told me unfortunately no. Totally fine, took off work to make sure they made it to their 1:30 appointment today, as I get here and call them to let them know we are here, they tell me they cancelled my appointment due to no confirmation. Havent received ANY phone calls, took time off work for this

Not comfortable with using this pediatrician. Was not impressed when we took my son for his one year old well visit. NNP was friendly but facility was not very clean or well maintained. And the front office staff was not very friendly and slow. A month later when my son broke his leg over the weekend I looked at the website and it said that they treat simple fractures so we waited overnight to go to the pediatrician so that we didnt get charged extra from our insurance for using the ER and to be good stewards of the ER. The next day I called and they said they dont treat broken bones. Then

Once we had to get healthcare.gov, Dr. Graham was no longer covered. My kids needed to go to a new doctor, but were legally not able to until Graham's office released their records. Both I, and the new pediatricians office called to beg for the records a week after requesting, but we were told there is nothing that we can do and that we had to wait. My son was finally able to be seen by a doctor after a hospital visit. Two months later I called them back because my daughter still has not been able to see a doctor, for them to say they forgot and they would send it over now. The new doctor that

We found Dr. Graham by chance probably about 9 years ago. My younger son had been Mis-diagnosed probably 3 times by a prior doctor and when we walked into graham pediatrics, he knew right away what was wrong and got my baby the inpatient hospital care he needed right away: immediately I was sold. His knowledge, his compassion, his ability to listen to his little patients and make them feel heard is rare now a days. I have 4 boys and they all see him. My family is extremely thankful for everything he has done for us. Hands down the best pediatrician in the area!

Every person in this office demonstrates care and concern. Dr. Graham is truly invested in holistic care of his patients, takes time to ask questions and listen, and is compassionate towards both child and parent. If wait times are long, it is because this caregiving team is spending time getting to know each child and his/her family rather than just prescribing medication and moving on to the next patient.

You can't request to see the Dr. Graham for your child. The new practiciona doctors that are helping him are not as knowledgeable. They bill 2 for 1 visit to the insurance. Time to look for someone else. Do not recommend it at all.
