I don't normally do the review thing, but these guys earned this one. Nice company to work with, both the folks in office and the crew that came to get me sorted out for a pump replacement. I appreciate the straightforward professional service you guys provided, no BS, they got the job done and my water working as it should. And for the crew putting up with my questions along the way. Thanks again for getting me up and running just before Christmas.

Terrible experience. Make sure you get everything in writing. Their pricing is very slippery and Randy is terrible at dealing with customers... They sold me a $1500 pump that failed after 6 years. Called them for service and was told it would be $140 to come out. I agreed. After arrival and inspection they told me my warranty was only good for 5 years and I would have to pay for a new pump. When I got my bill almost 3 weeks later, I see I was billed for 2 service calls ($280). I stopped into their office to pay and get the service call fee adjusted. Randy rudely told me in a tone that was confrontational

I had them drill my well 24 years ago, and it has been FANTASTIC. No problems at all. How does a well function that long with no problems. These guys are experts.
