With over 30 years of experience as a Certified Window Covering Specialist and Design Consultant, Michelle Langlois-Ott prioritizes personalized service that addresses each client's unique needs. Our approach combines technical expertise with creative collaboration to deliver custom solutions for residential and commercial spaces. We specialize in selecting window treatments from major brands like Hunter Douglas and Graber, ensuring proper sizing for longevity and cost-effectiveness. As a locally owned business, we emphasize supporting the community while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Our commitment to client satisfaction is demonstrated through our service warranty and repair options that big-box retailers cannot match. The trust we've built over three decades has resulted in 75% of our business coming from client referrals. We offer comprehensive interior design assistance including furniture selection, color coordination, and decorative element arrangement. Our expertise extends to drapery hardware from Rowley Ornamental Iron Works and woven wood treatments. We maintain transparency in all our operations and focus on building long-term relationships with our clients. The integrity we apply to every project has allowed us to remain a trusted local resource for window covering solutions.
