One of the reasons that we started Rose & Lois is because we love people, and we love connection. We hope that our new space will be a safe place of community where our guests can slow down and savor the moment. I'm Rachel, a Food Scientist by education, Beverage Scientist by experience, and Coffee Lover by necessity.

We love the industrial vibe The Speak Easy offers, and their staff are second to none! Gorgeous setting for a loft wedding and more. Such a treat to be back in Lafayette, IN (Boiler Up)! Fowler House Mansion is stunning and full of history. This setting was designed for a coffee bar on the back patio!
