All sandwiches feature Boar's Head meats & cheese, served on fresh bakery bread from The Mother Loaf & include Better Made chips and a fresh-cut garlic pickle spear. Salads, served with your choice of housemade ranch, housemade creamy honey mustard, herb vinaigrette or russian. Owner Brad Sancho had a passion for homebrewing that led him to leave a successful engineering position in 2008 to realize his dream of opening a microbrewery.
Growing up in southeastern Michigan, part of that vision was to create a place with a neighborhood feel that could be an important part of the community. Milan was a perfect fit, and Original Gravity Brewing Co. has become synonymous with the best parts of the growing city.
