I have lived and worked in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan since 1986. Edge Surgical Products(7yrs). While my time at each of these employers was a great learning experience and my work was enjoyable, I was still looking for a sense of personal satisfaction. When I had the opportunity in October of 2014 to go in a new direction, starting a pet business in the Sault was the perfect solution.

All of my services include a free 30-60 minute initial consultation in your home to chat and to let your dog get to know me while we fill out the necessary paperwork. This is an important step: your pet needs to be familiar with the new person that will be caring for him or her, and you want to know what is included in my service.
Walking/Biking

Physical and mental stimulation are so important to your dog's health. A simple walk around the neighborhood to stretch the legs and sniff for clues about who else has been by is sure to relieve the stress or boredom of being at home alone. Regular walks will also help control excess weight and use up all of that energy your dog saves for greeting you at the end of your workday!
Pet Sitting

Planning a trip when you own pets need not involve a stressful kennel decision. Pet sitting in the comfort of your home is an affordable alternative to kenneling. I will come to your home and give your animals personal, loving care. Feeding, play, and outdoor time with waste clean-up are included, along with bringing in the mail and the newspaper.

Life gets a bit hectic sometimes, and carving out time for visits to the vet, groomer or dog park can be difficult. Make a call to Happy Hound for taxi service, and forget rushing to make those appointments! Your pet will be safely transported in temperature-controlled comfort. Fido and Fluffy can be either crated or harnessed, according to their preferences, and get to their destination on time.
