I had spoken to Jackie and she said she was going to email me so I can send her the documents needed. I never received the email. I decided to apply online, she then asked for my pay stubs the next day and didnt hear from her anymore. I had to call & ask for the status. Never doing any business with them in the future.

Worst customer service ever!!! Applied for a loan. I was left a message to call back and speak to Jacqueline. I tried everyday for a week, and she was never available left 10 messages and nothing. Still waiting on that call.
