Dem-Con Companies, LLC is a third-generation family owned company that has been servicing the Twin Cities and greater MN since 1965. What started as an MSW Landfill in the 60's has evolved through three generations into an integrated solid waste processing company that can meet the needs of Dem-Con's customers and communities throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.

Dem-Con's landfills are proud to offer services for industrial disposal of manufacturing and industrial wastes. Our state-of the art lined landfill with leachate collection is permitted with the MPCA to accept industrial wastes that are profiled and approved for disposal.
With over 30 years of experience handling construction and demolition materials, our landfills are permitted to accept materials such as residuals from recycling operations, asbestos, contaminated soil, treated lumber, and wood materials.This state of the art lined landfill is also equipped with leachate collection.

Dem-Con Green Grades was created with the goal of educating our future leaders on responsible waste processing and disposal. Community and environment define what we do and educating our children is essential. Our 2021 Dem-Con Green Grades Recycling Poster Contest is now open! The winners will receive a $100 VISA gift card, their art professionally framed and their art displayed at our Education Center and in businesses around Scott County.
