The Airstream Room
Our largest indoor space features a 30-ft cedar bar carved from an antique Airstream trailer and a stage for live music. The vintage-themed room comfortably seats 200 guests with a dance floor and professional lighting. Ideal for receptions and large celebrations with built-in audio-visual capabilities.
The Chapel
This traditional Southern chapel accommodates 140 guests with a long church aisle and customizable decor options. The space includes mirrored bridal stations and allows for same-day ceremonies followed by receptions in other venue rooms. Features include climate control and professional photography assistance.
Catering Services
We offer full-service catering with buffet options including BBQ, fajitas, tacos, and pasta dishes. Our menu ranges from $15-$27 per person with appetizer platters starting at $140 for 50 guests. Outside catering is permitted with a $10 per guest fee and maximum $1,200 charge.
The Garden
This romantic outdoor space features a cedar post arbor with twinkle lights and a flagstone path for wedding ceremonies. Accommodates 200 guests with weather-contingent tenting options. Includes decorative flexibility for flowers, greenery, or fabric draping to personalize the ceremony site.
Corporate Events
Our venue supports corporate events with audio-visual systems including projectors, microphones, and sound equipment. What event packages do you offer?
We offer all-inclusive packages that include venue rental, tables/chairs, linens, professional staffing, and optional catering/bar services. Packages vary by room size and guest capacity.
Can we bring our own catering?
Outside catering is permitted with a $10 per guest fee (max $1,200). We also offer preferred catering vendors with buffet options ranging from $15-$27 per person.
What is your maximum capacity?
Our venue accommodates up to 1,200 guests across multiple rooms. The largest single space (Patio) holds 400 seated guests with full amenities.
Do you provide security services?
We include off-duty police security for all events with alcohol service at no additional charge as required by TABC laws.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. A $200 retainer is required to confirm event dates, which is applied to your final balance.
Are there decor restrictions?
We prohibit glitter, confetti, and open flames. You may decorate tables with our provided linens, and our staff handles cleanup during and after events.

5 STARS PLUS!!! We had our wedding/reception here April 24, 2021 and it was amazing. Reds Roadhouse is a one of a kind venue. The setup and unique rustic/vintage decorations they have throughout every room was a huge help to my budget. The chapel is beautiful and didnt need any additional decorations. We used the airstream room for our reception and what few decorations I added were just to help make the space my own. The food was delicious. The brisket was tender and juicy. The beans and potato salad were great too. Compliments to the chef. Aleisha was a joy to work with and was very helpful

Attended a recent wedding here, and was so impressed with this venue and their staff. The venue is so unique and beautifully uses its quirkiness to give the metroplex diversity in its options to the traditional wedding venues. With its many varied options of reception spaces, the comfortable bride and groom dressing suites, and the surprisingly quaint wedding chapel, this venue offers much to those seeking something "different."
And, Alicia and her staff were a pleasure to work with, always there when we needed them and quick to offer assistance in all the little things that inevitably popped

The venue is beautiful. The first representative we spoke with was wonderful, unfortunately she was let go. The bartenders and servers were very nice. During the transition to the new person in charge we had many changes to our contract because we didn't have it in writing although the previous person in charge said we could. DURING our wedding they did a walkthrough with clients. I understand BEFORE the event but I found it unprofessional. They also informed us that valet was required passed a certain amount of attendants however since we didn't have it in our contract due to the previous rep

I had a wedding 11-14-2020. Everything went well and staff did a great job and everyone loved outside and inside of the place. Even though it was a pandemic time and had sanitizers around for everyone. The only slight issue was there were tours before the wedding. Multiple people commented about tours given before wedding. We wouldn't mind using the place again for a event in the future. I hope the restaurant opens up again after the pandemic is over.

The venue space is very unique and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the food is good. I was very happy with Reds up until the day before my wedding. I got a call Thursday night asking if we could come and start doing decorations for the wedding at 2 pm instead of 11 am like we had originally discussed. While it was pretty inconvenient we received a $100 bar credit and I figured that if we went quick enough we could get all the decorations set up and still make some appointments I had later that day. We arrived at 2 pm on Friday (my wedding was the next day) and I was shocked to find that
