Big Toe Joint Pain
Report
Big toe joint pain can be due to abnormalities or injuries to any of the structures in the toe, including skin, nerves, bone, blood vessels, and soft tissues. Since our feet are constantly exposed to injury by walking, running, or other athletic activity, and moving around, toe pain is a fairly common symptom.
Ankle Pain
Report
Ankle pain refers to any type of pain or discomfort in your ankles caused by an injury like a sprain or by a medical condition, like arthritis. The ankle joint is composed of two joints, the true ankle joint, and the subtalar joint. The true ankle joint is composed of three bones, the tibia which forms the medial (inside) portion of the ankle; the fibula which forms the lateral (outside) portion of the ankle; and the talus underneath.
Foot Pain
Report
Many people working on their feet all day tend to accept foot pain and fatigue as just another part of life, but the truth is, foot pain is not normal. Since our feet take on a great deal of stress during our normal, daily activities, it is extremely important to take good care of them. The foot consists of 28 bones, 35 joints, 3 arteries, 4 veins, and 5 nerves.
Heel Pain
Report
Heel pain can range from mild to disabling-it can occur under the heel or just behind it where the Achilles tendon connects to the heel bone-and sometimes it can affect the side of the heel. Heel pain is a common symptom that has many possible causes. Because it is such a complex structure, your heel can be prone to injury and pain.
