State Board
Report
The State Board of Community Colleges meets on the third Thursday and Friday of each month, with the exception of June and December.* Committees convene on Thursday afternoons. The full Board convenes Friday at 9 a.m. In the event a meeting is required during these months, potential meeting dates have been established.
Proprietary School Board

Proprietary Schools are for-profit businesses which provide vocational education and training. Under Article 8, Chapter 115D of the North Carolina General Statutes, the State Board of Community Colleges, acting by and through the State Board of Proprietary Schools, licenses proprietary schools in North Carolina.
