I am picky. I like things done a certain way. And when I pay someone to do something, I want it done right. I am OVER THE MOON with the service received by Hawkins! They installed the water softener while my boyfriend and I were at work. When I came home there was ZERO evidence of anyone in my house (besides the massive new addition downstairs). Later in the evening (after hours on a Friday) we noticed there was water leaking. I called Hawkins @ 730ish and they returned the call within 10 minutes. We had someone out @ 830 the next morning. Bought a water dispenser from Lowe's for a great price, but the "Primo" brand 5 gal bottles are expensive. Found Hawkins through a simple Google search. Went to the location and was greeted at the door. Very good customer service and prices. Once you purchase your initial bottles with a reasonable deposit, you can later swap your empties for 4 bucks each, or take a few extra minutes to fill your own inside for only .39 a gallon! Great value, great friendly customer service, and they even have a drive thru. Water is life, drink the good stuff!

I had troubles with my reverse osmosis for a very long time. Water flow was very inconsistent and often had very feeble flow. I was with well known water guys from Granger IN. They serviced several times with only a brief good flow. I was disappointed to see the poor results after changing all the filters as recommended by the water guy in Granger. It did not make sense. I contacted Hawkins. They asked several questions and suggested several ideas. It turned out that the water tank that previous guys installed were not the right ones for reverse osmosis. I changed the tank and it is working perfect

Spoke to Matt in the service department. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to give me detailed answers to all of my questions, and walked me through different options for our well water issues. It's not often anymore that you speak to somebody on the phone that is well versed in their line of work AND is patient and dedicated to working with the customer to determine the best solution.
