Find Culturally Responsive Mental Health Providers
Inclusive Therapists is a social justice and liberation-oriented mental health directory, community, and resource hub founded in 2018. Our mission centers on providing equitable access to culturally responsive, identity-affirming mental health care for Black, Brown, Indigenous, and People of Color/Global Majority (BIPOC/PGM) communities and Queer, Trans, Nonbinary, Intersex, ACE+ intersections (QTBIPOC). We prioritize the voices of racialized neurodivergent and disabled communities through decolonial education, collective care, and activism. Our Get-Matched service connects clients with pre-vetted providers who align with their intersectional identities, ensuring care is delivered without AI algorithms or automated systems. All providers undergo rigorous verification, including proof of qualifications and alignment with our values of Racial, 2SLGBTQIA+, Neurodivergence, and Disability Justice. We uphold strict data privacy standards, ensuring messages are deleted from servers after 90 days, and we never cooperate with law enforcement or ICE. Our non-profit arm, Mental Health Liberation, mobilizes mutual-aid services and offers free therapy via the BIPOC Therapy Fund during crises. We advocate for Land Back, Indigenous Sovereignty, and Black Liberation while dismantling colonial systems within mental health practices. Our team, including licensed professionals and activists, guides our work with expertise in anti-carceral frameworks and trauma-informed care. We empower clients to directly inquire about providers credentials and reporting practices, fostering transparency and trust in every therapeutic relationship.

Mental Health Directory
Our directory connects clients with pre-vetted mental health providers committed to Racial, 2SLGBTQIA+, and Disability Justice. Each provider undergoes rigorous verification, including proof of qualifications and alignment with our anti-carceral values. Clients can search by identity, specialty, or location for personalized care.
Get-Matched Service
The Get-Matched service manually pairs clients with up to three therapists who align with their intersectional identities. Mental health professionals, not AI, curate matches to ensure culturally responsive care while prioritizing client safety and confidentiality.
Professional CEU Trainings
We offer continuing education units (CEUs) focused on decolonizing mental health practices, healing justice frameworks, and intersectional equity. Trainings equip providers with tools to dismantle systemic oppression and deliver trauma-informed care tailored to marginalized communities.
Crisis Resources
Crisis resources include community-centered warmlines like Blackline and Trans Lifeline, prioritizing BIPOC and QTBIPOC individuals. These services provide immediate, non-police alternatives for acute mental health support, emphasizing safety and harm reduction.
Community Support Groups
Community-led support groups foster collective healing through peer connections, healing circles, and identity-specific gatherings. These spaces prioritize neurodivergent, disabled, and racialized individuals, offering safe environments for shared experiences and mutual aid.

Report
Inclusive Therapists Services is truly wonderful! I had the pleasure of being invited to list my SFHypnotherapy & Reiki Practice with them last Summer and within two months I received a referral for a wonderful first client through their services. Not only are they a great match for myskills and expertise, but they are also very committedto show up for themselves and they've been making wonderful progress in feeling more confident and at ease in their daily life and beginning to integrate past traumatic experiences.
