What age groups are appropriate for your escape rooms?
Our rooms accommodate ages 14+. Younger participants may join with adult supervision. Puzzle complexity varies by room theme, with family-friendly options available.
Can we book a room for special events?
Yes! We host birthdays, corporate team-building, and special occasions. Contact us for customized packages and private room availability after regular hours.
How many people can play in one escape room?
Rooms designed for 4-8 participants. Groups under 8 may share rooms with others unless private booking selected. Contact us for larger group accommodations.
What happens if we arrive late to our booked time?
Late arrivals may lose reservation privileges. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to complete safety briefings. Latecomers might not be accommodated as sessions cannot extend beyond scheduled times.
What safety precautions do you have in place?
Our rooms feature emergency exits, monitoring systems, and trained staff. Participants receive safety briefings before entry. All rooms comply with local fire and building safety regulations.

It was definitely worth the money ,the experience was super fun ,my group did one called the alchemist and out of the hour timer we escaped with 27 seconds left and they do give you a walkie talkie for some hints of you need them

My daughter and I did this and we had A-blast. We had one minute remaining after solving the murder mystery. Now every time I ask her what she wants to do she says escape room. Lol

I took a big group for my son 16tg birthday on September 18th here, and it was beyond fun. The ladies who were working were beyond amazing. Great customer service, very sweet and very helpful. If you have not tried this place out, you should definitely give it a go.

I absolutely love this place! The people who ran it are so kind! It was our first time going and they helped us because we ended up in the hardest room and they gave us extra time to solve it. I would for sure recommend this place to anyone! If your thinking about going you should!

Very horrible!!!!!! We had an appointment at 11:15am and on the website it states to arrive 10 minutes my family was here 30 minutes early. They are suppose to open at 9am on Saturday but no one was here. We call the owner of the Tyler escape room she was unapologetic and stated have you ever been late on your job! Never come to this place save your money!!! Bad customer service and late!
