Medical Transportation
Our Care-A-Van provides wheelchair-assisted transportation to medical appointments, treatments, and therapies. Volunteers accompany clients door-to-door for cancer care, physical therapy, and prescription pickups. This service enables mobility-challenged individuals to access critical healthcare across Loudoun County.
Chore Corps
Trained volunteers perform minor home repairs and maintenance tasks like shelf installation, furniture repair, and lawn care. This program helps seniors and disabled individuals maintain safe, functional homes without professional remodeling costs, supporting independent living.
Food Delivery
In partnership with Loudoun Hunger Relief, we deliver groceries and pantry items to food-insecure clients. Volunteers shop for perishable and non-perishable goods, ensuring seniors and disabled individuals receive nutritious meals to sustain their health and well-being.
Money Management
Our Representative Payee program assists clients vulnerable to financial exploitation. Certified volunteers manage Social Security benefits, pay bills, and prevent fraud, ensuring funds are used for essential needs like housing, food, and medical care.
Friendly Visiting
Volunteers provide companionship through weekly phone calls and in-person visits, reducing isolation for homebound seniors. This service includes conversation, reading assistance, and emotional support to enhance mental health and community connection.

They help me with managing my SSDI and SSI. I do have trouble getting my money. But I haven't been arrested for my bills not being paid. So, I guess they pay them. But are very secretive about the where abouts of my money.

This organization provides free transportation and other needed services to Seniors and seriously ill residents of Loudoun. They have helped me numerous times, often at odd hours, in all kinds of weather. These are volunteers, but they give a really professional quality service. Excellent!
