Homer Mini Storage offers quick and easy online payment as a convenience to our customers. We accept online payment in the form of Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We also offer automatic withdrawal from your debit/credit card, which is easy to set up and end as necessary. Finally, we accept payments through the mail or in the office of cash, check, or money order.

Homer Mini Storage offers a wide variety of available units sizes to choose from. Our units have swing doors. They are not climate controlled, but have numerous security features on the premises including our electronic gate and security cameras throughout property. We offer units ranging from 6X8's to 10X20's.
Rules

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. May be paid by website, mail, or in person. You have a 7 day grace period. A $15 late fee is applied towards your account on the 8th, if the account is still delinquent. We do not assume liability for the items you store. Insuring your contents is your responsibility.
Forms

We also require a CHANGE OF ADDRESS form if you have any changes to your personal information, such as: address, phone number, email address or persons authorized to have access to your unit. We have provided online forms for your convenience. You may either return the form in person to our office or email it back to us at homerministorage@consolidated.net.
