Damiani Coffee Roasters was founded by Luke and Rich Damiani in 2011. We have been active in bringing specialty coffee to North East Pennsylvania since 2002, when we opened Northern Light Espresso Bar in Scranton. We dreamed of roasting our own coffee for years and we are now able to continue bringing exciting coffee to North East PA and beyond.
We currently work with a variety of importers to find amazing coffee from around the world. We primarily seek out high quality cooperative farms and single origin coffee, which we can trace back to a single farm or family in the country of origin. We also pay well above the market average for the coffee we find, which encourages consistent quality from the growers and helps to provide a living wage capable of supporting family and community.
