Skipping sections of the vaccine registration tool will cause delays on the day of your appointment. Does Desert Sage provide a sliding fee scale for those who qualify for one? Yes -Desert Sage does provide a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. A minimum payment is due at the time of check-in. Any additional charges are collected at check-out. If you require a payment arrangement, please contact Patient Accounts prior to your visit.

Desert Sage Health Center has established a program that reduces fees charged to patients based on their income and household size. To determine your discount, Desert Sage Health Center compares your income and household size to the "Poverty Levels" annually determined by the federal government. Patient fees are reduced in the form of a nominal charge or as a percentage of our standard fee.
