We built a large, beautiful gabled patio to sit relax and watch the ducks, fisherman and kayakers on the lake. Instead of the hustle, bustle and confined spaces of a traditional facility in town, Living Waters focused on creating a serene, inviting location nestled in the countryside but still close enough to area attractions like Frankenmuth and Birch Run.

Finishing in early 2020 Living Waters at Buell Lake is a modern Assisted Living Facility located in the peaceful, beautiful and conveniently located country side of Northern Genesee County. This Home sits overlooking Buell Lake and is within a 10 to 20 minute drive of Frankenmuth, Birch Run, Millington, Clio, Otisville, Vassar, Davison and the greater Flint Area.
