I'm looking for a doctor for my child and decided to call here. First, I was hung up on twice, then called back. I was put on hold for well over 30 minutes. The receptionist had to keep putting me on hold to ask the doctor questions that I was asking her. You need to have the adequate number of informative staff on hand to address business need. 1-2 receptionists do not seem to be enough or maybe get more phones. I'm sure you would not like to be put on hold for 30 minutes just for someone to come back to the phone and say "I don't know, let me put you on hold."

My first visit here was not too good and my second and last visit was the worst experience of taking my toddler to a doctor. The staffs are not friendly and welcoming. I booked an appointment a week in advance and already called off work for Dr S Howard to see my child. I called four days to the appointment and was told I was scheduled. The morning of the appointment, something in me told me to check on my schedule because I was pretty new and didnt know how they run their and I was told my child wasnt on the schedule. I told the rep that i already called off work and I wasnt going to

My children have been coming to Childrens First since 2009. Since I first met Dr. Satuyi in the hospital when I had my son, I knew we would receive the best care. The staff is always kind and helpful. They have helped me through new mom worries, colds, flus, and an autism diagnosis. My son loves seeing NP Slade and she is a testament to patience when it comes to my daughter. If you live in the area and you want the best care, definitely give them a go. I have loved seeing the staff grow as well as the locations/office renovations.
