Insurance & Payment

When you book your appointment, please verify your insurance provider with one of our staff members. Some of our fees cannot be determined before your appointment, but we can provide minimum figures for eye exams and medical visits. Our team can bill Medicare Part B plans for you. However, you must provide us with the most up-to-date information at the time of your visit.
