Teamwork is an important part of each patient relationship, and I provide a customized plan designed to proceed at a pace that is comfortable for each individual. It's very rewarding to see a patient who had been debilitated by anxiety move forward to a position of strength, where they no longer have to live in fear.

Treatment should be a vehicle to healthier and happier living. Although each individual's vision of such a lifestyle is different, no one's vision includes a life dictated by anxiety. In my approach, treatments are tailored towards meeting each person's specific goals and I provide compassionate and supportive guidance during each step of the therapeutic journey.

Clients' willingness to test their reality and make changes is what ignites their therapeutic journey. I consider it a privilege to be on that journey with clients and watch them realize that what appeared to be one of their most difficult moments, was one of their most defining moment.

When clients realize their true strengths and capabilities, they open themselves up to a life that no longer has restrictions, are no longer consumed with fear and anxiety, to a life that is full of possibilities, opportunities, and fulfillment.Colleen takes a collaborative approach by working with clients to set goals that they are comfortable with and will enhance their quality of life.

Facing fears and doing hard things is a courageous and difficult process, but a process that works in overcoming anxiety and OCD. I feel excited every time I help someone embark on this journey. I am always amazed at the amount of strength others have, and I am excited to see the transformation that occurs.
