Students learn hands-on, practical self-defense techniques designed for use regardless of age, size, or gender. As a beginner, you'll learn basic blocks, kicks, punches, and grabs. As you progress through training, you'll master more advanced moves such as spinning, jumping, take-downs and ground techniques while always retaining the philosophy of self-defense.

In children's karate classes, our focus is on helping kids develop a positive, confident outlook. We firmly believe that self-confidence and self-discipline are the most valuable skills we can teach children. Students in the Beginner/Intermediate class learn and practice basic skills while learning the fundamentals that will help them become well rounded martial artists.
