It is a RV park, they have clean water machine, sell propane,the place is very nice and clean. Laundry room,showers, mail room.and game night, cards, puzzle movie and so much in one big room. They also have movie night outside and Games, fire pit , neighbor's come out to visit.the is also a dance hall room there is so much going on.I haven't been to any of these yet. But I am looking forward to it soon.want a great place to enjoy life this could be for you.the managers really care for there residence.

My girlfriend and I are moving to Yuma mid September. I also do have my daughter part of the time. None of the apartment complexes out here have any vacancies at the moment, so we figured why not live in our travel trailer. I messaged this RV park and they were prompt with their response, however their website is a bit deceiving. They advertise themselves as allowing all ages and family friendly. This RV park does not allow children at the RV park which makes them not family friendly. I say be honest and put it on your website that it's adults only.

Not fancy but Gloria is wonderful and guests very friendly. Shower and bathrooms are older but very clean and not too crowded so weren't parked on top of each other.
