Id rather not waste another word on this property, and its mismanagement. Instead I can direct you to my Google review of CenCal Property Management and my Yelp review of Sierra Meadows. They will scam you month after month. I was strong armed out of a month to month lease and into an annual lease, in the middle of the pandemic no less! So now Im contractually obligated to deal with these ruthless con artists until my lease expires. I urge any other tenants at any other properties owned by CenCal PM to contact the Fair Housing Council of Central California and weigh your options and exercise

This has been the easiest transition into an apartment. Robyn has been amazing and supportive throughout the whole experience. They were able to accommodate our move in time needs and always treat us super respectful and understanding. I would recommend Countryside to anyone.

Robyn!!!! OMG ROBYN!!! She is the best landlord I've ever had and we've only known her for 2 weeks!! My boyfriend and I moved here from Texas for a job and were staying in a hotel with our uhaul and two pets. Obviously, we were very stressed and really hoping to find a place soon. From the moment we contacted Robyn, she went above and beyond to help us get into our new home. We had communication issues with our previous landlords that were holding up our applications, but Robyn consistently reached out to the landlords, while also keeping us up-to-date with our application status. My husband and I are new tenants to Serria Meadows and we absolutely love it here! This apartment complex stood out to us for so many reasons, firstly the location is close to Old Town Clovis and its near great Clovis Unified schools. If you need to go shopping there are many close options to choose from as well as places to eat out. Our apartment is in great condition , we love the open concept and new appliances. The master is huge with a closet to match and the second bedroom is perfect for a small child. The second reason this complex stood out to us was the large backyard. It is so hard

Nice... Clean apartments. Haven't lived here long but.... I definitely recommend it so far. The Manager is awesome. Gets everything fixed in a timely manner and get back to us with in 24hrs. Glad to call this place home.

I would prefer to give zero stars. I showed up at an advertised open house, went to the office, door was locked, during business hours, no worries, I knocked. The front door behind the locked security door was cracked open. Inside I heard someone making or taking a phone call, so I decided to wait, outside, in 100+ heat. She continued to talk, I waited. I waited, she talked. I started to pace outside, for 5, 10, 15 minutes. At one point she opened the door. I waved at her while looking at her in the eyes. She continued to talk while closing the door. At that point I left. Completely unprofessional
