This was such a great experience! I was treated so respectfully and kindly. Honda does not share their codes with repair shops outside of dealerships and so they could not fix what was wrong with my car. Because of this, they did not charge me for the diagnostic. They even called around to try to find another place that could fix my car.
Unfortunately, only the dealership has the codes around here. They were completely honest and straightforward with me. The people working the front counter were very kind and explained everything that I needed help with. Will be using them again! Bob and team were fantastic. And their honesty saved me a bundle in unnecessary repairs that another shop was sure I needed!

Very kind and helpful, and helped out the price when I mentioned money issues and not being able to pay for it yet. So glad we were able to work something out with you. The condenser is a device mounted in front of the radiator and behind the grille; it looks a lot like a radiator. The condenser is used to change the high-pressure Freon vapor to a liquid. Air flowing through the condenser removes heat from the Freon changing it to a liquid state or now a refrigerant.

The purpose of automatic transmission fluid is to lubricate, clean, cool and provide the hydraulic pressure necessary to ensure smooth operation of the vehicle's transmission. An automatic transmission creates a great deal of internal heat from friction. Under normal driving conditions, a transmission operates at 175 degrees which is the normal range most fluids are designed to operate.
