Services
Manual Therapy
Our manual therapy techniques involve skilled hand movements to manipulate muscles and joints, reducing pain and improving mobility. This approach addresses musculoskeletal issues through direct tactile feedback, allowing therapists to target specific problem areas with precision. Patients benefit from immediate symptom relief and accelerated recovery through this personalized, interactive treatment method.
Dry Needling
Dry needling uses thin needles to target trigger points in muscles, releasing tension and alleviating pain. This technique effectively treats chronic pain conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative stiffness by stimulating the body's natural healing processes. Patients experience reduced inflammation and improved range of motion through this evidence-based, minimally invasive treatment option.
Chronic Pain Management
Our chronic pain management program combines multiple therapeutic approaches to address long-term discomfort from conditions like arthritis, migraines, and nerve damage. Through customized treatment plans incorporating manual therapy, exercise, and patient education, we help individuals regain functionality and reduce reliance on medication while addressing the root causes of persistent pain.
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
We specialize in post-operative care for joint replacements, ligament repairs, and spinal surgeries, focusing on restoring mobility and strength safely. Our therapists develop progressive exercise programs tailored to surgical protocols, ensuring proper healing while minimizing complications. Patients receive continuous support through all recovery phases to achieve optimal outcomes.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Our neurological rehabilitation addresses conditions like stroke recovery, Parkinson's disease, and balance disorders through targeted interventions. Therapists employ specialized techniques to improve coordination, reduce fall risk, and restore functional movement patterns. Treatment plans adapt to each patient's progression, emphasizing independence and quality of life improvements.

The staff at Lystra Therapy is professional, efficient, caring, and understanding. Robert and Joshlyne are very caring and compassionate, in addition to being an excellent provider of physical therapy. The office is very clean and inviting. Scheduling is very easy. Appointments are on time. I love that she updates my exercises each time based on my physical health. As a Soldier, I have had a variety of injuries and Lystra has been able to adapt my workouts to help keep me healthy at an advanced age for a Soldier. I highly recommend Lystra Therapy for all of your physical therapy needs!
