We did it again with Martin and Morgan from Team MSquare! Within 1 month, we were able to find a great single family home in a highly desirable neighborhood with highly rated schools. I worked with Martin to look for a small condo in Daly City, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was highly professional, and extremely patient to me as a first time home buyer. I was on a limited budget, and quite picky on what I was looking for. Despite that, Martin found an amazing condo that exceeded my exceptions on what I thought I could have gotten. Both Martin and Morgan are architects by training, which is priceless if you have the flexibility to do some renovation on an older home to build equity (or are looking to invest). Four years ago, Morgan helped us with the purchase of our starter home. This time around, we again sought Morgan's service to help us land our second purchase. Although the buying market is still very competitive, we got our offer accepted on the 4th try in the span of about 4 months.
