I am Captain Chris Tew. I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama and my family has a long history here with decades of inshore fishing on Mobile Bay. As a kid my father would take me to our fish camp on Oak Bayou in the Alabama Delta where I would hear the stories of how my Great Uncle Blackman and Grandpa would row their boat to our camp every Friday afternoon.

It takes several months, going through a degreasing process, and then through a series of steps to preserve the bill and bring out it's natural beauty. If you'd like to commission a bill or bill trophy, please give me a call at: 251-401-2740. Once you have the catch, cut the bill off at the eyes, place it in the freezer, and give me a call.
