This place is horrible along with the staff. The abuse and neglect my mother endure was unbelievable. I left several messages with directors regarding meetings, nothing. I hope no one else received abuse my mother went through with staff.

My family and I can not rave enough about the Neville Nursing Home in Cambridge. This is the 3rd nursing home our mother has been moved to and Neville is the BEST! Our mothers health has improved, her physical strength is better, her happiness, and the smiles, laughter and communication conveys joy. A big difference since she has been at Neville. As her children, we now enjoy visiting her because we see a new Mom. Thank you to the staff, the attention and the care. Neville Center delivers just what our mother needs.

My Mother has been treated with respect and dignity. Neville center has been the answer to my familys regarding my Mothers welfare. She was in another facility prior to this which was much more expensive, we had to move her because of falls and skin infections( Bridges Westwood Ma). At Neville center she is treated as an individual, not a patient. At Neville center her room is bright, safe and clean. My mother loves music and at Neville center they have wonderful activities to keep her happy. At Neville center the emphasis is on patient care, not marketing. As a family member I appreciate how

Worst care ever for someone that is there for pt. 15 minutes of pt daily? Try reaching someone to talk to for information,impossible! Try getting a nurse,impossible! Try getting a doctor never gonna happen. Do not have a loved one go there. Just today I have been trying to speak with someone,anyone since 3:00 someone did call me back at 3:56 but still no answers,she is the nursing director and cant get thru to them? She did finally get thru to them and called me back at 4:45,which Im grateful for, but I dont understand why nobody picks up the phone there.

I highly recommend not to work here. This place is not a five-star facility. That's a big lie. The nurses are terrible and can't do their job. They treat their receptionist like trash and are very unappreciative to them. This facility is the most unorganized and unprofessional place. Even if you care about your loved ones, don't send them here. I also recommend not work here. No one in there knows what there doing, and the place should be shut down. avoid this place at all cost.

Could not ask for a more caring and compassionate team. The nurses, aides, therapists, administrative staff and their entire team are simply amazing. Quality care coupled with care, compassion and understanding - couldn't ask for anything more!
